National Stakeholder Council to meet to discuss the Government's Response to Dame Carol Black’s Review
The Health, Work and Wellbeing National Stakeholder Council will soon meet to hear more about the imminent Government Response to Dame Carol Black’s review of the health of the working age population.
The Council, which was formed in 2006 as an advisory group for Ministers, includes representatives of large and small business, unions, healthcare professionals, charities, insurers and social enterprise organisations across Britain. It is jointly chaired by DWP and DH ministers.
The October Council meeting will be chaired by DWP Minister, Lord McKenzie. Officials will share with the group an outline of the Government Response to Dame Carol Black’s review and seek views on the post-Response role of the Council. Minutes of the last NSC meeting in July can be found below.
